How long does shipping take?

Your order will be processed and shipped 1-2 days after placement. Ground shipping typically takes 5-10 days. If an item is sold out, it will be restocked within 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Not at the moment. However, our necklaces are adjustable—clamp them at any point to create different lengths, from full-length styles to chokers. If you have specific design requests, email us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer repair services?

Yes! Your jewelry is made to last with proper care, and we offer lifelong repair services. You’ll only need to cover shipping costs, as repairs are free. To request a repair, contact us at blob.says.hello@gmail.com.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. For international orders, shipping is partially covered by us and depends on the selected carrier.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of the shipment date. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and packaged with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

What is your refund policy?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.
